Mission

Black Line Defense designs, manufactures, and deploys mission-ready maritime defense platforms—both autonomous and crewed—intended for operations in contested, denied, and high-risk maritime environments.

Government and military customers face a persistent operational gap: uncrewed systems are required to reduce risk, crewed vessels are required to execute authority-based missions, and hybrid operations are required to combine the advantages of both. Black Line Defense is structured from inception to deliver all three. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Twin Vee PowerCats, Black Line Defense integrates AI-enabled autonomy, hardened vessel platforms, mission command software, and full-scale U.S. manufacturing into a single operational capability designed for immediate deployment, sustainment, and scalable production. Black Line Defense is not a software company adapting to maritime operations. It is a boat company with more than 33 years of operational experience applying autonomy and defense systems to real-world maritime use.
